To strengthen our team spirit and create meaningful memories outside of work, the Hua Cheng team recently came together for a special day of bonding through creative, hands-on activities like tufting and pottery-making. We explored our artistic sides and deepened our connection as colleagues and friends.
Objectives of the Team Bonding
The main goal of this session was to enhance communication and collaboration among team members in a relaxed, non-work setting. It was also an opportunity for everyone to unleash their creativity and express themselves through art. Most importantly, it allowed us to unwind, strengthen our bonds as a team, and build a more positive and supportive work culture.
A Day Full of Laughter, Colour, and Clay!
We split into two groups for the creative workshops — some team members tried their hand at tufting, designing their own colourful rugs with yarn and punch tools, while others explored pottery-making, crafting clay pieces from scratch and decorating them with their personal touch. Both groups had a fun and rewarding experience, filled with laughter, creativity, and team spirit.
A Wonderful Experience Together
It was truly a joyful and meaningful day. Beyond the beautiful crafts we brought home, what we treasured most was the laughter shared, the support shown, and the memories made.
